In this role, you will both shape the vision for our internal systems and execute on it. You will define the roadmap, set the priorities, and drive the work forward. You are autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to surface requirements and define scope without needing someone to hand you a list of requirements. You will design, build, and maintain the internal systems and integrations that power our operations. You have a clear point of view on good engineering practices and technical direction, and you know how to make decisions that support where the business is going today and in the future.
