Operate across the full system lifecycle from discovery to production, reliability, and cost optimization. Define engineering standards, guide design reviews, and mentor senior engineers to multiply impact. Identify systemic risks and cross-team dependencies, driving initiatives to improve velocity and resilience at scale. 🎯 Requirements Strong CS foundation with evidence of continuous learning. Experience in fintech or financial services. Extensive experience building and operating production systems at scale. Deep CS concepts: data structures, algorithms, system design, trade-offs. Proven ability to design, write, and evolve high-quality software in modern languages.
