Staff Electronics Engineer, Test Infrastructure

📋 Description Design and build custom electrical test equipment to automate control-system bring-up. Own the control system integration test bed, ensuring safe electronics integration. Contribute to software/firmware for test beds (control, automation) in Python. Architect test equipment for BMS verification, including bench tests and HIL. Collaborate with product design to diagnose issues and implement fixes. Develop software for test beds, including control, automation, and data capture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent. 7+ years in electrical design or test equipment development; battery/energy systems a plus. Proficiency with eCAD tools for PCB, control panels, and harness designs. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
