Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description Architect and build a scalable, end-to-end data platform. Own core services, pipelines, and platform architecture. Mentor junior engineers on next-gen features. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ship features. Partner with eng, product, and design to design features. Maintain a quality-first, data-driven product mindset. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years designing scalable data platforms. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and stream). Expert-level PySpark, Python, and SQL. Relational DBs and NoSQL stores (MongoDB). Experience with Kafka, Spark, Iceberg, AWS stack (EKS, EMR, Glue, Athena, S3).
