Identify codebase improvements and own end-to-end features in a low-process environment.
📋 Description Identify codebase improvements for humans and AI to move fast. Collaborate with senior engineers in a low-process, trust-based environment. Drive asynchronous decisions with clear docs and specs. Own end-to-end features; backend-focused; use AI tooling as needed. Architect scalable patterns to launch new partner experiences. Work with PMs and partners to define and refine the roadmap. 🎯 Requirements Scala backend and GCP services experience. Frontend: React + TypeScript. Versatile tech mindset; quick to learn Go/Python/Java. Ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows. Experience designing guardrails and feedback loops for AI development. Distributed systems experience in Scala.
