📋 Description Design, evolve, and maintain core libraries and shared components. Own system performance, scalability, high-load architecture with low latency. Monitor production behavior; implement metrics, dashboards, and alerts. Advocate best practices in concurrency and memory management. Collaborate with backend, web, mobile, QA, and product teams. Use AI tools in the development workflow—from design to review. 🎯 Requirements Deep Java internals: JVM, GC, memory, concurrency, profiling. PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexing, locking, pooling under heavy load, Kafka. Strong system design, troubleshooting, and debugging. Proficient with AI coding assistants (Copilot/Claude) as productivity multipliers. Experience validating and owning AI-generated output. Upper-intermediate or higher English.
