📋 Description Define and own architecture for a new AI/Data product workstream Design scalable backend services, data flows, integration patterns Guide engineers through technical leadership and reviews Translate requirements with product stakeholders into tech solutions Evolve data platform components, pipelines and services Hands-on implementation for complex technical initiatives 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering, incl. 2+ years at Staff/Lead level Strong Python experience, ideally with FastAPI Strong system design and software architecture background Experience building data platforms, ETL pipelines, or large-scale data systems Databricks and modern data engineering; cloud-native (Azure/AWS/GCP) AI/LLM familiarity; English B2+ 🎁 Benefits Remote work from Europe Greenfield project with engineering autonomy Hands-on leadership with a new team 12-month contract with potential extension
