Staff Application Security Engineer

📋 Description Lead application security components and oversee secure controls across the development lifecycle. Lead enterprise secrets management, defining standards and protecting credentials. Collaborate with Offensive Security to identify and remediate application vulnerabilities. Provide incident response and forensics support during security events. Triage and communicate vulnerabilities with engineering teams. Engage in SDLC threat modeling and secure architecture guidance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years of security engineering experience. 8+ years in AppSec: secure code review, threat modeling, and tooling. Experience implementing enterprise-grade secrets management at scale. Expert OWASP Top 10 knowledge; architect scalable remediation. Proficient in Python, Go, or Bash for automation. Strong cross-site communication and stakeholder influence.
