Staff Analytics Engineer – AI-Powered Analytics

📋 Description Build semantic layer, metrics, and engineering practices for reliable data queries. Collaborate with data eng, product, and leadership while staying hands-on. Build semantic layer and LLM-powered workflows (text-to-SQL, RAG). Design and operate analytics stack: Lakehouse on S3 with StarRocks; Fivetran/Kafka ingestion; dbt; Superset; AWS EKS. Create governed data products with strong quality, governance, and documentation. 🎯 Requirements Design and own semantic layers, metrics models, and dimensional models with production-grade SQL and Python. Hands-on in AI analytics: text-to-SQL, RAG, prompting and context engineering. Experience building trusted data products with testing, documentation, contracts, and lineage. Partner with product/leadership to identify high-value AI analytics opportunities and scale platform capabilities.
