Sr UX Designer

Salary: $95,300 - 158,800 per year Requirements: We require mastery of user-centered design processes. We require strong interaction design expertise with meticulous attention to detail. We need proficiency in Human Factors Engineering and user-centered design methods. We expect the ability to synthesize and apply data from analytics, customer insights, and research. We require experience defining metrics and using evidence to guide design choices. We need expert-level proficiency with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision. We require the ability to design across multiple platforms. We value strong problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities. Responsibilities: We lead design strategy for a business or product line. We build a deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate for customer needs across agile teams. We create processes that uncover customer needs and identify product design opportunities. We partner with UX Research to understand user needs and apply insights to design decisions. We manage user-centered design deliverables and contribute to product and application strategy. We use analytics, customer feedback, and testing outcomes to shape design and future direction. We conduct and refine user testing together with UX Research teams. We mentor junior designers and foster strong working relationships with technical teams.
