Sr. User Researcher

📋 Description Lead cross-team hardware and software user research; plan roadmaps. Define hardware research goals with PMs/designers; scope & execute. Plan and run software research with PMs/designers. Source participants and coordinate live, in-person or remote testing. Research hardware and software interactions; study the UX. Present findings to stakeholders to guide product decisions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in user research across hardware and software. Experience in hardware-focused research; human factors or ergonomics. Experience analyzing findings and giving concise insights. Experience building processes to organize work across teams. Experience with remote and in-person research methods. Comfort with AI tools to improve research efficiency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
