Sr. Technical Program Manager, AWS IaC

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements: We are looking for 5 years of technical product or program management experience. We need 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams. We require 3 years of software development experience. We are seeking 5 years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams. We want experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Preferred: 5 years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Responsibilities: We will lead testing and publishing of IaC resource handlers across AWS services, including migration of legacy handlers to our centralized platform. We will influence the design of testing workflows and the centralized deployment portal. We will manage multiple work streams across internal service teams and external partners. We will proactively identify risks to the critical path and help remove blockers through stakeholder coordination and escalation. We will track action items through to completion. We will drive organizational alignment through trusted partnerships and strong technical program leadership. Technologies: AI API AWS Cloud Support More: We build AWS Infrastructure as Code services such as CloudFormation, Cloud Control API, and the Cloud Development Kit to help customers adopt AWS services safely and at scale. Our Provider Experience team creates the building blocks that help customers grow their use of AWS services and third-party solutions through the CloudFormation CLI, Resource Provider Development Kit, and the CloudFormation Registry. Our vision is to make agent-driven infrastructure management fast, reliable, and safe. We are investing heavily in AI-assisted platform capabilities to accelerate development and centralize IaC resource handlers, with a goal of reaching 100% IaC coverage for AWS resources and expanding coverage for third-party resources.
