📋 Description Regularly interacts with LogicMonitor existing customers to scope implementations, technically Act as Edwin AI delivery expert responsible for defining, capturing, and sharing best practices Define, develop, build and maintain best practices for Edwin AI deployments; share expertise by Ensuring consistent high-quality delivery of Edwin AI across all geographies Build and/or oversee accurate estimates for services proposals, including hours effort, timeframe Regularly perform post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions with customers (requirements 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field 8+ years experience of working as an IT professional supporting one or more domains of IT 3+ years experience in one or more programming languages: Python, PowerShell, Java or Groovy Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning architectures and algorithms, leading Subject matter expertise in one or more IT operations domain(s): Windows/Linux server, networking Experience with IT monitoring tools (LM, SolarWinds, Nagios, ScienceLogic, Zenoss, etc.)
