📋 Description Lead a team of backend software engineers and tech leads for Veza's NHI and Agent Security team Own the technical vision and roadmap for Veza's NHI and Agent Security team Drive architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices Partner with Tech leads and Senior Engineers on high-impact technical decisions, conduct design and Identify and champion new technologies, tools, and approaches, including AI/ML Ensure product is built with high performance, reliability, and observability 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a focus on distributed systems or 4+ years in an engineering leadership role, ideally spanning startup and enterprise SaaS Experience integrating AI/ML models into product workflows, or leveraging AI to enhance product Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks, with a track record of driving AI adoption Familiarity with IGA or traditional systems evolving with Agents Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, and 🎁 Benefits Base pay of $190,900 - $334,100 Equity (when applicable) Variable/incentive compensation Health plans including flexible spending accounts 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP
