We offer exciting career growth opportunities and a collaborative environment where your contributions shape the future of high-performance software development About the Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager (Android Architecture) to lead the design, development, and evolution of a cutting-edge Android platform powering next-generation connected systems This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll shape architecture, guide global engineering teams, and influence the future of scalable Android-based platforms built on AOSP. What you'll be doing Lead the architecture of Android-based platform services and SDKs Define scalable, modular, and future-proof system design patterns Drive development across Kotlin, Java, C/C++ and Python Collaborate with global engineering, product, UX, and hardware teams Guide CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices Ensure security, privacy, and performance standards are met Stay hands-on with code, reviews, and technical problem solving Lead a distributed engineering team and grow technical talent What we're looking for 10+ years in software engineering/architecture roles Strong Android / AOSP / Android SDK experience Proven experience leading engineering teams Embedded systems / IoT / connected device exposure (nice to have) Strong system design and architectural thinking Ability to operate in complex, global environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What we offer Competitive benefits including 401(k) with company match and profit sharing, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and life & disability protection.
