Experience developing backend services, APIs, and modern web apps end-to-end. Ability to own moderately complex projects across a release or two with strong execution. Experience writing clean, maintainable code and reviewing peers. Experience using metrics, logs, tests, or tracing to debug issues and improve reliability.
