Sr. Software Engineer - Engineering Enablement

📋 Description Senior IC on the Engineering Enablement team; builds CI/CD infra, AI tooling, sandboxes Hands-on role: write code, manage infrastructure, engage with engineers Own features and infrastructure end-to-end from design to production Design pipeline abstractions and shared tooling across teams Identify edge cases and blockers; participate in code reviews Partner with product teams on sandbox configs and platform 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering in production Hands-on experience building CI/CD systems at org scale (GitLab CI/Jenkins) Experience building developer-facing tooling or platform services Hands-on with LLM tooling: MCP, LLM APIs, agent orchestration Proficiency in Python or TypeScript; production-ready Kubernetes and Helm at production scale on AWS or Azure; IaC with Terraform or Pulumi
