📋 Description Lead cross-functional programs that improve the AA Tech employee experience and support Partner with leaders, HR, Communications, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, and engineering Use employee feedback, surveys, roundtables, and focus groups to identify needs and translate Oversee the Non-FTE process with Total Talent teams including recruitment, interview coordination Maintain governance and maintenance for Confluence, Sharepoint, and other internal tools Improve operating rhythms, standardized ways of working, documentation, training, and process 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of end-to-end program management experience 4+ years in people operations, employee experience, learning and development, or organizational Strong operational execution, change management, communication, analytical problem-solving Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across functions in a Self-starter who can identify ambiguity, create structure, and drive programs from strategy through 🎁 Benefits Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick) Medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) Long-term incentive programs
