Sr. Product Manager - Phone Numbers and KYC

📋 Description Own roadmap and execution for Phone Numbers and KYC products. Define end-to-end onboarding for phone numbers (discovery to lifecycle). Build scalable onboarding for identity verification and business verification. Drive evolution of KYC and trust onboarding for compliant access. Partner with Engineering to scale provisioning, inventory, and activation globally. Establish metrics for activation, provisioning, KYC, and onboarding. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, fintech, or platform products. Experience owning onboarding or platform workflow from discovery through launch. Experience building/managing phone number products (provisioning, onboarding, lifecycle). Familiarity with CPaaS providers or telecommunications ecosystems. Strong UX focus for onboarding and verification journeys.
