The ideal candidate has a strong development background, excellent analytical ability, and hands-on experience with ITSM ServiceNow modules including Now Assist. Meaningful Work and Personal Impact As an Application Developer Sr Principal, your work will directly contribute to the success and stability of our ServiceNow environment. In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc. Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements. Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices. Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments. Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers. What You’ll Need to Succeed We are looking for candidates with both expertise and a passion for innovation. The likely salary range for this position is $129,813 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
