Salary: $83000 - 156000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and background. We need strong Oracle DBA expertise, including performance tuning, high availability, and incident response. We value an automation-focused approach with hands-on experience in Python, Bash, Ansible, CI/CD, and Git. We expect familiarity with monitoring platforms such as OEM, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace. We look for proven analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems effectively. We need someone who communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders. A relevant degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-have qualifications include AWS or Azure certifications, OCP, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow experience. Responsibilities: We own and optimize enterprise Oracle databases to support performance, availability, and security. We lead backup, recovery, and high-availability planning and execution. We troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis to resolution. We collaborate with SRE, cloud, and application teams to deliver resilient solutions. We help enable the shift from on-premises systems to cloud-native data services. We work in a hands-on environment supporting critical banking platforms across payments, settlements, reporting, and business banking.
