Strategy & Analytics Manager — Travel Supply & AI

📋 Description Own analytical and operational infrastructure for Halcyon Labs's Travel Commercial org. Design, build, maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Apply AI tools to accelerate insights and improve output quality. Lead deep-dive analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Define KPIs and create a continuous improvement feedback loop. Prepare data for internal meetings and cross-functional discussions. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in data analytics, sales ops, strategy & operations. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery). Track record building data models, dashboards, and operational tools. Strong commercial instincts with rigorous analytical ability. Experience cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
