Sr. Lab Test Engineer

📋 Description Direct and coordinate integrated lab ops from pre-test to execution. Use lab equipment and Vantage Compute's sim to set up tests and investigate issues. Lead collaboration with aircraft systems engineers to develop test plans. Integrate new lab capabilities; develop verification test procedures; verify functionality. Feedback issues from lab testing to system/software teams; collaborate on resolution. Occasional on-aircraft test support, including off-site at Salinas, CA. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Eng. 6+ years in aircraft system integration and test. Led test operations, briefing crews, managing anomalies, and real-time decisions. Technical understanding of test equipment and electrical troubleshooting. Data analysis tools for troubleshooting; CAN, A429, Ethernet familiarity. Bonus: HIL/real-time simulation; Python automation; fly-by-wire or high-voltage systems.
