Sr. HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, boilers, chillers, heat pumps). Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections for efficiency and life of equipment. Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across HVAC platforms. Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation. Keep clients and team informed on service findings and next steps. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification preferred. 4+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role. Hands-on experience with RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs. EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
