Role: Sr. Hardware Development Engineer (Allegro, CAM350) Location: Cupertino, CA (or) Seattle, WA (or) Austin, TX Duration: 24 Months Job Description 7+ years of hardware engineering experience Experience collaborating with the ECAD/physical board designer and able to review PCB designs with Allegro, CAM350, or equivalent Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures 7+ years of experience with I2C, SPI, UART interfaces Experience interfacing with thermal, mechanical, firmware and software teams during product development Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent Experience in motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout Experience in server technologies such as, thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity Experience developing and executing test procedures for mechanical or electrical systems/components based on design intent and approved equipment submissions Experience identifying and resolving complex issues Experience in component selection and understanding of component reliability Experience in designing and developing large-scale services Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production 10+ years of experience in server design for cloud or enterprise applications Strong organizational and planning skill Desire to work in a fast-paced environment Education: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
