Role Overview We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to build new applications from scratch , explore innovative solutions , and craft AI-powered features that make a real impact. This is a zero-to-one, greenfield opportunity—ideal for engineers who love building, solving tough problems, and owning systems end-to-end. What You’ll Do Build modern full-stack applications completely from the ground up Design clean, scalable architecture and cloud-native services Build beautiful, modern, fast UI components Develop secure, reliable backend services and integrations Implement AI-driven features (LLMs, intelligent workflows, automations, embeddings) Integrate with internal and external platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs Own the entire lifecycle: architect → build → test → deploy → iterate Ensure performance, security, and scalable growth Required Experience Mandatory: Demonstrated experience building complete applications from scratch Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Strong experience with: Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go APIs: REST, GraphQL Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL Experience with AI/LLM integration , prompt engineering, or automation Hands-on cloud skills (AWS or GCP)—serverless, containers, CI/CD Experience with authentication & identity (OAuth2, SSO, SCIM) Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast and deliver independently Soft Skills Bias for action—build fast, iterate fast Strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams High attention to detail and an engineer’s mindset for quality Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Passion for solving problems and delivering value Why Join Meridian Softworks?
