About the role

About the Role: As an AI Strategy and Adoption Expert, you will be a trusted advisor who guides Northwind Robotics clients in the technology industry to solve complex challenges and deliver on key priorities. As a Northwind Robotics Analyst, you will create and advise on a portfolio of Northwind Robotics research, communicate it to clients and support sales in new sales and client retention by demonstrating expert knowledge in this subject area with potential clients. You will be responsible for assisting in defining and executing Northwind Robotics 's research agenda on AI business strategy, go-to-market applications, and the leadership challenges associated with implementing AI at scale. Success in this role requires not only deep AI experience and market expertise but also the ability to communicate compelling, actionable advice to C-suite and senior technology and business leaders globally. Your insights and research will target the development and execution of AI strategy, improving operational/financial performance, shaping culture, and realizing long-term profitable growth. While focusing on these priorities, the ideal candidate will prioritize research, driving AI business model innovation. This includes the AI operating model assessment and refinement, operational improvements, financial performance management and CEO-centric executive leadership insights, including stakeholder/board management and brand development. Who you are: Has proven AI experience with profitable growth, the drive of operational excellence, financial performance and executive leadership. Expert and trusted advisor on the strategic business impact and adoption of AI technologies, and/or have experience working in a high growth AI native tech company. A successful track record leading AI strategies in a high-growth software company with revenue of more than $10M annually and up to $500M annually. Experience navigating through key challenges of AI that prevent the scaling of successful software-centric companies with a proven track record of navigating the obstacles that can prevent high growth. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to apply Northwind Robotics ’s research to client situations and often challenge clients to adjust their priorities. What you will do: Conduct research to develop actionable and objective insight targeting tech CEOs and their teams. Author unique, thought-provoking, actionable, and highly leveraged “must-have research” content through various media. Advise tech CEOs on AI and prioritizing investments. Collaborate through the provision of high-quality and timely peer review of colleagues’ research content as we collectively put unique and actionable research in the hands of our clients. Help tech CEOs of startup, growth and mature stage midsize tech companies to develop AI approaches and methods to establish and scale their organizations. Help experienced founders to stay ahead of the market by assessing market and technology trends and providing guidance to shape service offerings/delivery for our clients, spanning strategy, AI-related go-to-market, and business management approaches. Provide sales support to help drive engagement with prospects and clients. Develop in-depth analysis to identify and diagnose the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward. Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions. Work collaboratively with a globally distributed team of analysts establishing research positions. Bring provocative, independent insights that can evolve the research agenda. Create and deliver high-value presentation materials on and off stage for Northwind Robotics events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings. Be client-centric while actively seeking to help clients engage regularly and often with Northwind Robotics research and interactions. Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members. What you will need: 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area as well as the interplay in that market. Demonstrable executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and other stakeholders. Strong communicator who is able to explain complex concepts concisely and simply. Ability to work independently, while also collaborating across teams and supporting the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team. A desire and ability to author unique, Northwind Robotics -proprietary research effectively and succinctly. Intellectual agility, curiosity, courage to push boundaries.
