📋 Description Lead 3D and spatial design for major projects, translating creative briefs into compelling spatial Develop spatial systems, architectural concepts, material palettes, and environmental designs that Create photorealistic renderings that accurately communicate lighting, materials, human scale Partner with Creative Directors and Design Directors to shape creative direction, challenge Translate creative concepts into production-ready solutions through technical development Apply a strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, environmental design, and 🎯 Requirements Extensive professional experience in 3D design within an agency, experiential, architectural Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino, with experience using Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Deep understanding of spatial design, architectural concepts, materials, fabrication, environmental Proven ability to take projects from early conceptual development through technical documentation Strong skills in photorealistic rendering, with an ability to communicate atmosphere, lighting 🎁 Benefits Annual salary range of $68,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience.
