Sr Data Scientist

📋 Description Develop end-to-end proprietary LLMs for finance, procurement, and supply chain. Pre-train and fine-tune LLMs using PEFT/LoRA and RLHF/DPO. Collaborate with data engineering to curate and tokenize large unstructured data. Design RAG frameworks to ground outputs in internal knowledge bases. Optimize data processing pipelines and automate workflows. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS/Statistics or related quantitative field. 5+ years in data science training and deploying transformer models and LLMs. Proficient in Python (and PySpark) and SQL. Experience with large datasets; cleaning, interpreting, and automating processes. Understand trade-offs among model size, speed, cost, and accuracy; select appropriate tools.
