Sr. Backend Engineers (Card Platform)

📋 Description Write lots of code for backend (either Kotlin or Python) with high degree of standards for quality Design system and contribution in implementation. Work cross functionally with colleagues in Product, Analytics and other engineering teams across Build APIs and data models to work within service oriented and event-driven architectures. Participate in the various engineering on-call processes that support team growth and efficiency by Work with our Product team to extend our core decisioning service; building new risk and fraud 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of experience as a backend sr. software engineer in either Python or Kotlin language. Strong understanding of any relational database system best practices. Strong understanding of distributed systems and how architectural decisions affect performance and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be proficient in asynchronous mode of Project management skills–high degree of organization and ability to surface critical information Passion for working with multi-functional teams including Product, Design, Analytics and Business
