Your mission: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Team. This role focuses on developing impactful dashboards using Metabase, automating ALM reporting processes, and building efficient scripts for specific data queries and transformations. You will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making for the ALM function by designing scalable data solutions and visualizations. What you’ll do: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Metabase for ALM reporting and analysis Automate ALM reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical reports Write efficient, scalable scripts (in Python, SQL, etc.) to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources Collaborate with ALM analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for downstream applications and reporting Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability. Implement version control and documentation for dashboards and scripts Who you are: The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or BI Developer role with a strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with large datasets Proven experience in building and deploying dashboards in Tableau and Metabase Understanding of financial concepts and blockchain fundamentals Experience with ETL tools, workflow automation, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
