📋 Description Pre-Sales Engineering: Engage with customers across pre-sales, proof-of-concept, and technical Design proof-of-concept scope and success criteria Provide technical advisory to existing customers on expansion opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams Produce technical documentation and run product demonstrations 🎯 Requirements Experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical implementation role Comfortable discussing IT infrastructure at a high level, including Linux fundamentals and mobile Structured approach to problem-solving and gathering information Comfortable with ambiguity and prioritizing across multiple concurrent customers Takes privacy and ethical use of technology seriously Self-starter who improves systems around them 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary: $139,000 - $165,000 USD Annual bonus: $5,500 eligibility Employee share scheme Flexible work with half-time Fridays Wellness days and $500 for $500 for expert sessions Full health care plan for dental, medical, and vision
