Solutions Designer - URGENT

About the role NCS Philippines is seeking a talented Solutions Designer to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila . This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in designing and architecting innovative technology solutions for our diverse clientele. As a Solutions Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming business challenges into scalable, efficient technology solutions. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly influences the quality and effectiveness of the solutions we deliver to our clients, ensuring they meet both current requirements and future business objectives. Role Description: The Solutions Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into robust solution designs, defining overall solution architecture, and ensuring alignment with Yondu’s technology standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating technical design documents, and working with development teams to guide implementation and integration across systems. The Solutions Designer will participate in design reviews, assess feasibility and risks, and recommend improvements to existing solutions and processes. The role also involves providing consultation to internal and external clients, supporting pre-sales activities when needed, and ensuring that delivered solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Qualifications: Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business needs, assess technical options, and make data-informed design decisions. Proficiency in Solution Architecture, including designing end-to-end systems, defining components, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Experience in decommissioning, documentation, impact analysis, technical reviews and assessment Hands-on experience with Integration, such as APIs, middleware, and connecting heterogeneous systems in secure and reliable ways. Background in Software Development, with knowledge of common programming languages, frameworks, and SDLC best practices. Consulting skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, translate technical concepts into business language, and present solution recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in designing solutions for enterprise or large-scale systems, preferably in the telecommunications or IT services sector. Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and modern architectural patterns is an advantage. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Taguig and adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements. Work Set Up - Hybrid (1-2x a week) Location: Makati City
