Job Summary As part of the CallMiner Sales Team, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for leading technical and consultative pre-sales activities across Central Europe. This role will primarily support CallMiner’s automation portfolio, including OmniAgent and AI-driven automation solutions, while also supporting analytics-focused sales opportunities. The Solutions Consultant partners closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver customer discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and ROI-driven business cases. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and presentation skills with technical aptitude and an understanding of customer experience, contact center operations, and conversational AI technologies. This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and supports customers and prospects throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Responsibilities Assist in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets across CallMiner’s analytics and automation portfolio Develop strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to support successful sales engagements Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to develop account strategies and drive opportunities forward Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations focused on CallMiner analytics and OmniAgent automation solutions Demonstrate how CallMiner solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI through AI, analytics, and automation Provide pre-sales technical consultation and guidance to prospects and customers Conduct proof-of-concepts (POC) including solution configuration, conversational flow setup, analytics validation, and business outcome presentations Assist in the development and delivery of product demonstrations, demo environments, and regionally relevant use cases Support technical and functional responses for RFP/RFI/RFQ requests Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to support customer opportunities when needed Produce supporting materials and technical content for the sales organization Maintain accurate prospect and customer engagement information within CRM and internal systems Convey prospect and customer requirements to Product Management teams, including regional and language-specific needs Support regional marketing activities including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and industry conferences Requirements 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Contact Center Technology, Conversational AI, or related fields Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, or related discipline Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales engagements Familiarity with conversational AI, automation platforms, generative AI, or customer experience technologies Understanding of customer experience and customer engagement workflows Ability to develop and communicate ROI-driven business value Strong organizational skills, managing multiple priorities independently Technically proficient with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and serve as a trusted solution advisor Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment Professional proficiency in Czech and English required Additional regional language skills are a plus Ability to travel within Central Europe as needed (approximately 30–50%) Preferred Experience Experience with contact center analytics, CCaaS, conversational AI, or automation platforms Exposure to LLMs, AI-assisted automation, or conversational workflow design Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations Experience supporting multinational or multilingual customers across Central or Eastern Europe Benefits About CallMiner Does the possibility of using artificial intelligence to improve human connection excite you?
