Solutions Architect

Job Title: Solutions Architect Location: Hybrid Duration: 10 Months (High Possibility of Extension) Bill Rate: $85/hr Job Type: W2 Contract Client: To Be Discussed Later Work Authorization: USC GC H1B OPT-EAD Job Description We are looking for an experienced Temporal Architect / Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Temporal.io , distributed systems, and cloud-native application architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable workflow solutions, guiding development teams, and leading enterprise modernization initiatives using Temporal. Responsibilities Design and implement workflow orchestration solutions using Temporal.io . Build scalable, resilient, and cloud-native application architectures. Develop POCs and provide technical guidance using Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP. Define workflow design, activities, workers, task queues, retries, timeouts, and versioning strategies. Integrate applications using REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures. Ensure production readiness with security, observability, monitoring, scalability, and performance best practices. Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and design sessions. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery. Required Skills 10+ years of Solution/Application Architecture experience. Hands-on experience with Temporal.io . Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture. Experience with Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP. Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Camunda, Appian, Pega, IBM BPM, or similar workflow platforms. Knowledge of Saga patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architecture. Temporal Cloud or cloud certification is a plus.
