Solutions Architect

Keystone AI is looking for a Solutions Architect (Data Science) within our ANZ team to work with our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners and AI consulting firms. This is a role that requires a combination of technical authority as well as good experience in managing technical partnerships and enablement. This individual will help inspire our partners to reimagine, reinvent and operate the enterprise business processes of the world's largest Enterprises using Agentic AI leveraging the Keystone AI platform. This is a highly technical role that requires deep expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and scalable software engineering practices, but also requires a focus on successfully managing projects and strong personal and organisational skills orchestrating both internal and external relationships with support from the broader ANZ Keystone AI team. As part of our Solutions Architecture team, you will work with the most exciting computing software and hardware, driving the latest breakthroughs in deep learning and artificial intelligence. What you'll be doing: Becoming an Keystone AI AI expert and enabling GSI developers to adopt Keystone AI Nemo and NIMs for their Generative AI offerings, platforms and client services. Construct complex workflows with multiple steps for AI agents to analyze, strategize, perform tasks, access APIs, and fix errors autonomously. Work with Business Managers to thoughtfully craft the vision, actionable and effective strategies for the broader GSI group and closely partner with other Solutions Architects, engineering, product and business teams at Keystone AI to build GenAI full stack solutions for industry vertical and enterprise use cases. Encourage industry executives and GSI leaders by articulating the business value from the state of the art in Generative AI. Creating or running Proof of Concept and Demos that require presentation skills, explanation of complex topics, writing Python code to execute data pipelines and train ML/DL models and deploy on container-based orchestrators. Answer questions and provide mentorship to the GSI Ecosystem. Working with Partner Business Managers to assist partners and customers on their mission-critical projects. You will help them build their GPU enabled Accelerated Compute datacenters and get the most out of their investment. Partner with APAC Regional and HQ Engineering, Product and Sales teams to develop, plan best suitable solutions for Partners. Enable development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proof-of-concept evaluations Running Keystone AI Deep Learning Institute and Skills Transfer sessions with GSI’s, Customers, OEM’s and partners around Keystone AI & others HW and SW solutions. What we need to see: Professional, long term experience as a Data Scientist (focus on AI/DL/ML) developing/supporting customer facing projects experience on computer vision, Conversional AI, or data analytics technologies, especially in RAG and Agentic AI workflows. BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience) Strong customer facing or presales/consulting and technical experience and skills with AI/ML/Big Data frameworks assisting them with. 5+ overall years of work-related experience in deep learning, data science or software development with knowledge of parallel computing with GPUs Good planning and long term strategic engagement and orchestration with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders from customer, to internal and external parties. Clear written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with management and engineering. Share knowledge with clients, partners and co-workers. You are a self-starter with attitude for growth, passion for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team, with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient developer experience on Keystone AI SDK platform using Nemo and NIM, ML/DL frameworks and MLOps ecosystem of tools and solutions in the cloud and on-prem.
