Ciklum is building a team to work on various projects whose primary goal to improve and automate the customer’s business processes, reduce the time and effort required for various operations.Client for this project is the largest professional services network in the world by revenue and number of professionals. Client provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services worldwide.Responsibilities: Identify key business stakeholders and establish communication withIdentify business goals and objectivesGather primary functionality, quality characteristics of software behavior and given constraintsElaborate business, information, and technology architectures mappingAn elaborate architecture vision that satisfies architecturally significant requirements, through trade-off analysis, proof of concept implementation, and benchmarkingSet up and manage architecture design and documentation processesDocument and communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs to major stakeholdersReview and validate design decisions made by down streams and ensure they do satisfy the solution architecture visionRequirements: Fluent EnglishCommercial experience in software development (more than 7 years)Commercial experience in solution architecture design (more than 3 years)Experience with data management, data integration, and data transformation approachesUnderstanding of containerization and orchestrationUnderstanding SDLC processes and their reasoningExperience with guiding software development, testing, deployment, and project managementExcellent knowledge in Computer Science, Computing TheoryArchitectural & Design PatternsParadigm & PrinciplesDatabase theoryCode testing practicesPractical experience withMicroservices architectureCloud technologies (Microsoft Azure)Azure DevOpsAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS)Azure DatabricksAzure Service BusDBMSMicrosoft SQLMongoDB.NET 10Business skills:Excellent client-facing, business consulting, and communication skillsAbility to efficiently communicate verbally and visuallyAbility to explain and prove the differences, pros and cons of suggested design decisionsAbility to influence senior client decision makersDevelop long-lasting relationships with business and technical stakeholdersLeading and supporting medium to large size solution delivery projectsAnalysis of business, product and technology requirementsDesirable:Certifications on:Architecture framework (SEI, TOGAF, etc.)Cloud providers (Microsoft Azure)Delivery processes (SAFe, Agile, etc)Experience withRelease Management tools & Configuration Management toolsInfrastructure as a code toolsExperience in Pre-sales, Proposal/Bid preparationDatabricks experience is a plusPersonal skills:Ability to relate positively to and engage with a wide range of peopleStrong self-motivation, reliable and flexible team-player.
