Software Testing Manager

About the role This role involves defining and executing comprehensive test strategies across multiple testing phases including SIT, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT support, performance testing, and security testing. You will lead test teams, manage test case development, oversee defect management, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance are met. Key responsibilities Define the overall test strategy, scope, approach, test phases, timelines, resources, tools, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables Manage SIT, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT support, performance testing, security testing, and other required test phases Lead test leads, QA engineers, testers, vendors, and offshore teams; assign work and monitor progress Ensure test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability are complete and properly reviewed Oversee defect logging, prioritisation, triage, retesting, closure, and escalation of critical defects Track execution progress, pass/fail rates, defect trends, coverage, blockers, and overall testing health Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, System Engineers, Product Owners, business users, vendors, and clients Identify testing risks, dependencies, resource constraints, environment issues, and quality concerns, and establish mitigation plans Prepare test dashboards, status reports, defect reports, test completion reports, and management updates Assess whether testing has met exit criteria and provide a quality/risk assessment to support the Go/No-Go decision About you Degree in IT / Software 3-6 years related experience Experience in automation testing 5 day week @ AMK Maestro HR damien lee tian hong R1106726 16C8462
