JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Through the development, maintenance, and delivery of written material and instructor-led training, this position oversees the education of team members responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to multiple software systems. JOB DESCRIPTION Expand system support team comprehension of Nimbus Data Systems property systems and help desk workflows. Create and design new educational material for system support teams that allows the ability to support existing and new system products and workflows while managing existing material to ensure timely accuracy. Train system support team members through the use of virtual classroom training and one-on-one training, ensuring availability for questions concerning support education, support practice change management, and help desk compliance. Assist in the identification, recommendation, revision, and implementation of enhancements to existing and new support education tools, support practices, and help desk workflows. Develop and manage reporting that identifies key performance indicators tied to the education and performance of property systems support team members. Collaborate with Nimbus Data Systems Enterprise Service Desk leadership team to facilitate timely transition of systems support services between Level 2 support teams and Level 1 support teams. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Knowledge in Yardi, OneSite and/or Entrata Property Management Systems Project Management Skills to plan and execute transition plans between Support Teams Education, Communication and Documentation Skills to write and develop training material and deliver training between Support Teams Data Analysis and Reporting Skills Microsoft Skills (Excel, Forms, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Change Management Skills Onboarding and Team Member Development Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations, develop and write training programs, procedures, and instructions, and to design and teach information systems programs and classes. Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and produce necessary communication materials. Demonstrated proficiency in using property management software used by the Company, computer operating systems, and database, spreadsheet, and word processing programs sufficient to maintain, troubleshoot, and install as needed. Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of an information systems or computer background sufficient to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks, stand-alone computers, and software systems. Knowledge and experience in real estate or property management preferred, or ability to learn business processes quickly in order to develop fact-based procedures, instructions, and training materials. College degree in communications, business, or related field and/or equivalent experience in a like position is preferred. Additional Compensation : Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
