Software R&D Engineer (C++, Qt, Computer Vision)

Salary: CHF 90'0 - 130'000 per year Requirements: Strong C++. Cross-platform C++ build and debugging experience (Linux/Ubuntu and Windows). Computer-vision knowledge in a medical context. Solid fundamentals: debugging, version control, clean code, performance mindset. MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or similar (recent graduates welcome). Responsibilities: Develop and maintain core medical, clinical and simulation applications — new features, stability and performance. Develop and maintain the clinical software library. Build and refine our Qt-based GUI in C++ (or an equivalent framework). Keep the application running reliably across Linux/Ubuntu and Windows, managing platform-specific dependencies, configs and builds. Optimize GPU/NPU and video-pipeline performance and reliability for AI features.
