📋 Description Own project performance and delivery of embedded, safety-critical flight software. Coordinate with software, systems engineering, PM, QA, and test teams. Manage full lifecycle software development (design, code, test). Lead software teams including flight controls, BMS, and engine controls. Develop schedules, track progress, and manage Risks, Issues, and Opportunities. Use Earned Value Tracking and Jira; present updates to leadership. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management. 3+ years as Software Engineering Program Manager or similar. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional software teams. Experience with complex, safety-critical systems and product development. Familiarity with Earned Value Tracking and Jira. Strong communication and stakeholder management.
