Salary: $137,369.3 - 206,053.95 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred; we may also consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience. 5–7 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor engineers, fostering an inclusive culture of innovation, learning, and professional development. Contribute to backend development. Oversee the planning and design of software and web applications, including new programs, enhancements, and modifications. Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines and maintain effective communication. Manage software design updates and coordinate releases, ensuring enhancements meet technical specifications. Establish development process performance indicators and promote best practices to improve efficiency and product quality. Manage team deliverables, deadlines, specifications, and budgets while supporting staff development. Monitor technology trends, evaluate external products, and keep the teams knowledge current. Develop proposals and software changes, and manage capital expenditure projects that support innovation and operational excellence. Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters. Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed. Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities.
