Software Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics

📋 Description Define and drive strategy for analytical data infrastructure. Design boundary between transactional data stores and the analytical layer. Architect and own the reporting framework for stream-aligned teams. Partner with product leadership to translate analytics needs into a technical roadmap. Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of data and analytics engineers. Stay hands-on to review critical design decisions and help your team. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data/analytics with 2+ years in engineering management or tech lead. Experience designing AWS data infra: Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redshift, S3. Understand when to use operational vs analytical stores and the pipeline. Data modeling, ELT/ETL, analytics-ready datasets. Experience building analytics framework used by multiple teams.
