Stay close to technical details across services, data, and system design. Collaborate with product and design to shape what we build. Back engineering-led initiatives and explore AI to accelerate development. Get out on farm to deepen domain knowledge. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading engineers, mentoring, hiring. Translate fuzzy requirements into clear plans and milestones. Strong UX, performance, and product polish sensibility. Experience shipping in fast-moving startups; comfortable with ambiguity.
