Product Engineer Company: Lumen Dynamics Location: Remote (Global, Remote-First) Compensation: $100,000–$250,000 USD About Lumen Dynamics Lumen Dynamics is a venture capital firm and venture studio building the next generation of AI, enterprise software, and technology companies. Alongside investing, we incubate new ideas, build products from the ground up, and work closely with founders to launch and scale ambitious ventures. We're looking for Product Engineers who love building from zero to one and enjoy working across products, AI, and startups. The Role As a Product Engineer, you'll be part of the Lumen Dynamics Venture Studio and Labs team. You'll build new products, internal platforms, AI tools, and enterprise solutions from idea to launch. Every project is different—you might spend a few months building an AI product, then move on to an internal platform, automation system, or a new venture. You'll work closely with founders, operators, designers, and leadership to turn ideas into products that people actually use. What You'll Build Projects may include: AI-native products and applications Enterprise software Internal platforms and productivity tools AI agents and workflow automation Venture Studio products Founder and investor platforms Community and ecosystem tools New products and experiments from Lumen Dynamics Labs Responsibilities Build products from concept to production Design and develop modern full-stack applications Prototype and validate new ideas quickly Integrate AI models, APIs, and third-party services Work closely with founders and stakeholders Take ownership of projects from start to finish Help shape product decisions and user experience Continuously improve products based on feedback Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals Experience building and shipping production applications Experience across frontend and backend development Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Product mindset with a focus on users and outcomes Preferred Skills Experience with some of the following: Next.js React TypeScript Python Node.js PostgreSQL Supabase OpenAI APIs AI agents n8n or Make Cloud platforms Nice to Have Startup or founder experience Experience building AI products Side projects with real users Open-source contributions UI/UX design skills Public GitHub or portfolio What We're Looking For We're looking for builders who: Take ownership Move fast Enjoy solving real problems Think beyond code Love learning new technologies Thrive in early-stage environments We care far more about what you've built than where you've worked.
