Aperture Cloud is partnering with leading AI labs to recruit skilled Software Engineers for cutting-edge research initiatives. These projects focus on writing and reviewing full unit test suites for complex open-source codebases across a variety of languages and frameworks.
About the Role
This project involves:
– Writing and reviewing comprehensive unit tests for high-complexity code repositories.
– Interfacing directly with leading AI researchers from top-tier labs.
– Working fully asynchronously, on your own schedule.
– A commitment of 15–40 hours/week depending on your availability and performance.
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
– Have 2+ years of experience (professional or open-source) in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or Go.
– Have hands-on experience writing unit tests in at least one of the above languages.
– Have contributed to complex open-source projects (strong experience required).
– Are comfortable working with Docker and containerized environments.
Work Terms & Compensation
– Contractor Status: You’ll be an at-will contractor to Aperture Cloud.
– Flexible Pay: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on logged hours.
