Software Engineer in Test – Performance Testing

📋 Description Design, develop, and execute scalable perf tests for enterprise apps. Build automated perf tests with k6 to model real workloads. Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize. Create reusable perf testing frameworks, utilities, dashboards, and reports. Build perf dashboards and reports with InfluxDB, Grafana, and Flux. Integrate perf testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in Software Development, SET/SDET, or Performance Engineering. Strong hands-on k6 experience for perf testing (scripting, workloads, reporting). Strong MSSQL querying skills; InfluxDB, Grafana, and Flux queries. Experience integrating perf testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines; REST APIs and cloud-native apps.
