Software Engineer (Full Stack)

📋 Description Build and maintain full-stack features for internal compliance platforms (DB, APIs, UI) Own and deliver small projects independently; contribute to larger initiatives with support Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance platform (controls, mapping, audits, health signals) Partner with Compliance, Governance, Internal Audit, and Customer Trust stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Develop automations and workflows for monitoring, inventory, training validation, user reviews, and SaaS/cloud integrations Use AI-assisted coding tools while owning code quality and production readiness 🎯 Requirements You have experience building full-stack apps across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend You have experience with or interest in Go, Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Temporal, or similar tools You are proficient with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools as part of your daily workflow You can take a defined product/technical direction, work through ambiguity, and deliver modular, maintainable code You are comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build tools, dashboards, forms, and data visualizations You have a BS/MS/PhD in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience 🎁 Benefits Grow as a full-stack engineer in a high-impact area of security and compliance Exposure to internal platforms, telemetry, workflow automation, and engineering practices Opportunities to deepen technical ownership of team services while learning from seniors Product training to understand Datadog’s platform, customers, and business Continuous career development and internal mobility New hire stock equity, ESPP, and generous global benefits
