Build backend services using Go and gRPC for CX workflows, integrating third-party SaaS platforms.
📋 Description Build and ship backend services using Go and gRPC for CX workflows. Own evaluation and integration of third-party SaaS platforms in production. Partner with product, design, security, and data teams for cross-functional solutions. Drive engineering best practices: code reviews, tests, deployments, observability. Translate complex tech concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 5+ yrs software engineering; Go; gRPC; event-driven (Kafka); SQL/NoSQL. Experience evaluating, integrating, and operating third-party SaaS apps and APIs. Prod systems on AWS with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD (BuildKite); rate limiters, caching, LB. Proven ability to contribute to architecture decisions and reliable, high-traffic systems. Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.
