Software Engineer - Customer Insights

📋 Description Build backend systems transforming observability data into actionable product insights. Develop Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics features. This is product-facing engineering, not internal tooling. Primarily work in Go, with Python and SQL for data tasks. Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams. Learn observability concepts on the job with domain experts on the team. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years building production services and features. Go experience is a plus (or similar systems language). Comfortable with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Comfortable with BigQuery/SQL and Python for data tasks. Experience with observability platforms: New Relic, Grafana, Datadog.
